Logic: Excel is the base. Asana adds suppliers RFQ Ready/Fully Onboarded not already in Excel. Salesforce adds suppliers with ≥5 qualification domains not in either. Same supplier can appear in multiple clusters (different row per cluster). Zero duplicates.
How to Read This Dashboard
The main question this answers: "For each cluster × category, do we have enough suppliers to run a competitive RFQ?"
Heatmap Matrix:
- Dark green (≥5) — Strong pool. Competitive RFQ possible.
- Green (3-4) — Adequate. Competition exists.
- Amber (2) — Limited. Only 2 options.
- Red (1) — Single source risk. If this vendor declines, no alternative.
- Black (0) — Gap. No supplier mapped. Cannot run RFQ.
Clicking:
- Click any heatmap cell → see which suppliers are in that cluster × category
- Click any KPI number → see the full list behind that metric
- Click any chart bar → see suppliers with details
- Click any row in the board → full supplier detail with all info from source
Filters:
- All filters apply to the entire page (heatmap + charts + tables)
- Source filter lets you see only Excel, only Asana, or only Salesforce data
- Feedback By shows only suppliers rated by a specific person
- Score filters rated suppliers but keeps unrated ones visible (no rating ≠ bad rating)
Key numbers:
- Records = total rows (same supplier in 3 clusters = 3 records)
- Unique Suppliers = distinct companies
- TOTAL column in heatmap = unique suppliers for that category (not sum of cells, because multi-cluster vendors count once)
